Man I appreciate your effort, but this map is too confusing..there's a lot of difficult to understand what a button, a laser or a cube is doing...you press a button and then? What appen? You have no way to see what have you done...you make a laser reach the receptor and then you have any idea of the change you get, especially in the second part...the range of some catapults is badly calibrated in the first part...you have good ideas, but you have to let the player know the progress he is getting otherwise it's only caotical and casual...I hope you do some modification in the second part of the map to make it more enjoyable! ;)

These are the three test chambers I made. Firing Squad is the one I'm most proud of. I'm going away for 8 weeks tomorrow, so I won't reply to comments, but don't refrain from commenting, please.

hmmm. I don't notice Cave's when I try my own published tests... I'll look into that. Thanks

So i updated my test again. Now you do not have to die, if youre first jump failed. Less frustration, hope much more fun.

hi recnilcram, first: thx for your comment, second: caves seems to be automaticly added if you release a test, same for the startroom and arrivalroom. I have heard of a more intense editor called hammer (for valve or source). Dont know much more. If you want a tip, ask for ;) if you add the link, i will try youre test.

Can't get out of the first hall. I'll keep trying and get back to you later, but as an ametuer chamber creator, I have two questions for you: how do you put in Cave Johnson's voice? and how do you customize the arrival area (with the elevator)? Keep making more chambers!

Finally i worked it out, enjoy the updated version of my test. I changed some areas you cannot leave, made a button more obvius and remove a unwanted shortcut. Have fun, have bacon!
