Standard Controls (see alternate controls below for a better flying experience)
W - hover up (you'll need to hold it a second)
S - hover down (you'll need to hold it a second)
A - turn left
D - turn right
1 - canopy
2 - wheels & hover mode
3 - jet forward
4 - slight roll left
5 - slight roll right
6 - barrel roll left (+4 for better roll)
7 - barrel roll right (+5 for better roll)
8 - tilt up
9 - tilt down
0 - delay mode (for use with servant place; doesn't do anything without that)
Switch under right wing for canopy.
Switch under left wing to access logic gates.

For a better flying experience, I suggest going into options and changing the following controls:
Change hotbar item 4 to H, 5 to K, 6 to G, 7 to L, 8 to J, and 9 to U
After that, WASD, 1, 2,3, and 0 are the same as above, but now your other controls are as follows:
U - tilt down
J - tilt up
H - slight roll left
G - barrel roll left (+H for better roll)
K - slight roll right
L - barrel roll right (+K for better roll)
When you're done flying, in the control options just click the "Default controls" button at bottom right.
