- Vary star size on starmap

Thanks for testing this out @CharlieShepherd, it seems to be a bug with the alpha version of gamemaker; I've gone ahead and re-compiled it using an older apparently more stable version which should hopefully solve the problem. Feel free to try it again and let me know the results.
