Description
Replaces Midnight Riders textures with a music festival atomosphere. RIOT FEST is one of summers most popular music festivals. Just to many bands to count that preform at these shows! Works best as custom alternative for Dark Carnival Concerts that are strickly a Music Mod.

However If you created a Concert with textures. This mod will naturally blends in the RIOT Festival theme. Example replaces any dark carnival level texture that was left as default Midnight Riders.
(Will appear as Red Conflict however mod works with other concerts as prior stated).

Removed and or replaced all Midnight Riders textures in Dark Carnival.
Changed "Hey Kids Go Nuts" banner with a real Riot Fest banner.
Retexture of Concert Posters, Stage Background and Sound Board.
