Description
This mod allows you to shout your problems away.

You can unlock the tech at the tech station for 4 tech cards.

To shout, press f or your primary/head special key and you will shout like a dragonborn.

There is 2 versions available for the tech, a basic one and an instant one.
The baisc one will time the shout with the "DAH" of the shout while the instant will automatically enable the tech.

The cooldown time is 10 seconds.

This mod should be compatible with any mod and race out there.

latest version changelog:
v1.0.1, Fixed a compatibility problem with phase shift module mod that would cause every custom tech to not show up
v1.0.2, Fixed the tech not working

put the cooldown lower like 3 seconds, 10 seconds of cooldown is no fun
