Additional Lights [A15]

Description
Adds ceiling-, floor- and wall-mounted lights.

This mod is based on 'AdditionalLighting' by Skullywag and serves as
temporary replacement until CCL is updated for A15. I did not create any of
the graphics - they are the original graphics by Skullywag.

I loved this mod, thanks for updating it. I hope Skullywag doesn't mind, good for you to include that. He's done a lot of great stuff.

@Vincent I could, but it would just not be worth the effort as I'd have to implement a lot of CCL functionality to get it working. For this mod, i simply stripped all the CCL stuff so it does not throw any errors. Just be patient, CCL A15 should be ready soon.
