This totally hasn't been sitting in my Workshop folder for more than a month.
Anyway, we need news vans, so have this one... THE BACK OF THE VAN IS A PAIN IN THE ASS SO I'M NOT FIXING IT!!!!

How to apply skins?

Hold down 'C' and right click the vehicle, then go to the Skins drop down menu, and select the respective skin number.
