Tranq Gun

Описание
Adds a tranq gun. Can down enemies with relatively low damage but has an extremely low fire rate, even slower than a sniper rifle. Perfect for capturing enemy pawns with good traits, but such a long aim time that it would not make a good weapon. It can be made in a machining table, requires neutroamine to make.

Please leave any thoughts on whether it is over powered, and if so, how to counteract this.

It never downed anyone. It just made them calmer and slightly less conscious

@AriLagi the author said their taking a break from it. best advice i can give you is to try other mods that do that same :P
