NFrame PF V3.2 Tanker Frame

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, its finally available to the Community.
The Nframe Tanker
One of the few Nframes to exploit some Nframe abilities.
The first version was Extremely overcomplicated using real Wheels, i then simplified it.
Pros:
Adds much needed speed
Can be used with alot of setups
Fast as anything.
Cons:
Trips up a bit on hills
Only useable with older Nframes (most exclusively 3.2)
