Since i was unable to find one that worked i just re-uploaded it.

Use following commands after starting the map

bot_kick; sv_airaccelerate 600; mp_warmup_end; mp_roundtime 60

change airaccelerate to 800/1000 for making it easier or 400/200 for making it harder.

you can also change sv_gravity. The default value is 800 but you can set it to 650 to make it much easier to learn.
