"First do no harm" - the Hippocratic Oath. The sworn words of every medical practicioner, to break this oath is to forfeit your rank as a doctor. However, on the battlefield, drastic times call for drastic measures. Eviscerate your enemies in a blinding hail of bullets, deadly precision enacted at a lethal degree, with lethal intent.

All I can tell you about this next procedure, is that it will be excruciating.
