The Baldwin Witch Project, thanks :) Hehe, no bug. The other way around, turrets are there to give you a 1 second scare as you put your cube on the button but are harmless. It was just to make them all say something when you go out of the elevator, if you waited first you missed it! ;) Might improve that. You cannot get stuck on this map, look around you and you see I have provided ways back in all the rooms, all the way back to the start funnel. :)

Very enjoyable and a good concept. In the end I didn't want to say good bye to my cube friend :)

Very nice looking design. From the very beginning I was saying "oh wow cool" to eveything I saw.

I ran into a bit of a problem at the ending. It seemed a little hard to figure out what was going on as I managed to get my guy to the end but without the cube. I had to reload as I was pretty much stuck at this point. It just didn't seem to fit in as well with the rest of the levels. Also once I placed cube on the last button, I expected the light bridges to activate and release the bots, but this didn't happen? A bug?

All in all very enjoyable, and a good level to use the heart cube on.

Isn't it? ;) I figure it's the same as with water - if you have it in a map, people can 'die'. Lots of such in the single player campaign, yet nobody whines about it. In Portal 2, 1000 ways to jump in the void. It's the same for cubes - if you have to push a cube into water (or a fizzler) to kill it, it's a reasonable level. I take playtesting seriously but don't care about thumbs, especially not if it makes the map lame.

I liked it pretty well but unless someone uses F6 a lot (as I do), there are many ways one can lose their cube. That often makes people give thumbs down on it and also leave. It's what I was experiencing in my Cube is the Key map because people kept trying to fit the cube into a angled platform and hitting the fizzler there. Then they had to re-start the map. But many just left instead and wrote that I needed to add a dropper so I finally did. Now the map is getting popular (even though some people don't bother with solving it and instead just go get another cube). It's a constant battle trying to please both camps.

Yeah, there are a very few things (1 laser field, 1 room with water) that can kill you - but only if you move into them. But I would put the danger level at well below the Portal 1 & 2 singleplayer campaigns. Thanks a lot for the kind words, made my day :)

A great core concept with good progression in difficulty between chambers. Beautiful presentation and clever map design. While the difficulty is sub par this is a very well designed puzzle and was quite fun. Portable surfaces were left in some instances allowing you to backtrack however some cases due to the nature of the puzzle it may become unsolvable but if quick saves are used intelligently this is easily overcome. A small issue that I thought was present is that it's easy to die in some places unnecessary e.g. the lasers located near the speed gel. By far the best puzzle you have made yet :)
