Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 3 ACR For Insurgency Mk18 on MrBrightside ACR animations

-Textures on the receiver are blackened instead of using original yellowish color.

Is this stand alone all in one? if so how did you get it down to 16MB vs 132MB?
Or do we need the original mod linked?
