Removes the graphically intensive crumbling animations from VC units. Doesn't adjust VC crumbling damage

Heh yeah. THe spin attack is clearly CA being drunk whilst doing animation recording. But yes. Good mod, man. The over-intrusive effects in this game tend to be rather annoying to look at.
