I tested this before and I tested it recently, but it didn't work and still won't work. I know most mod authors are really, really annoyed when people say their mod doesn't work without an explanation but it is a simple sound mod and I am a random person who doesn't know much about modding, so please forgive me. I don't know why it won't work but it just doesn't, if you could examine it to try to figure it out then please do.
