Access everything using the "p" menu, and yeah, there's not enough space for a window ;), you have to use external view "v"

hmm, ok, I got in but there is no window to see out of, and I can't access the fuel area?

it's accessible via a hole in the back of the vehicle, covered by a shutter door.
