Tested on the following versions:

Used dev exe with test branch on version 1.0.0014:39549 - No issues, Victoria Crater

Nice.

As this edits and overrides the same file, would you mind if I incorporate this in my 20x power mod? I've done it for myself but would like to upload it so others have the choice. Thanks.
