Add 1000K huge thrusters to every vanilla faction(2、3、4、8、11、12、15).
Change spinner coefficients and melee coefficients.
Make ships and other objects either remain at rest or continue to move at a almost constant velocity, unless acted upon by a net force.

Featured:
Huge thrusters——travel faster.
Almost constant velocity——just like real space.
Nerf spinners——spinners AI will become silly with this mod.
Nerf melee weapons——they cannot easily cut though heavy armor now.
