Description
Popular build map 'gm_carcon_ws' with night lighting.

Original map: gm_carcon_ws Carconstruct by Lubstar.

Changes:
 - Night lighting, a dark fog, skybox, water material (.vmt);
 - Fixed one ledge(?) on the displacement;
 - One tree is replaced due to it's glowing texture;
 - Minor func_areaportal changes;
 - Some world brushes are transformed to func_detail entities.
