False Prophets (SP/CO17) (Apex) (Marksman)

Description
FIA guerillas launch a daring attack on Pyrgos to destroy AAF morale and to prevent a joint partnership with CSAT.

Designed with three players in mind (one to control each FIA team), to encourage teamwork, and to provide a level of difficulty that is challenging without being ridiculous.

The FIA is armed mostly with Ak-47 rifles, but so is the AAF. The enemy has access to MH6 helicopters and an APC, but they should not be difficult to deal with.

Two FIA teams are squads of 4 men each, which are armed with 2 AKs (squad leader and medic), 1 M14 (marksman DLC), and 1 LMG. The squad leaders have RPGs with 1 round; use it wisely! The last FIA team is a convoy of 3 technicals, who have (arguably) the easiest but most dangerous job: Drawing enemy fire and tying up AAF resources while their comrades sneak around Pyrgos.

Members of team Black, Blue, and Green can be identified by the color of their outfits, body armor, and headgear.

If done in singleplayer, it will almost definitely be the responsibility of the player to complete all of the objectives in Pyrgos; unfortunately the AI just aren't good.

Would love to play this scenario with someone else to hear their feedback/thoughts, see how someone else completes my objectives, and to test multiplayer performance. Note that if you would like to participate, you will be the host; I can't port forward with my laptop, no one wants to deal with Hamachi, and it is easier for you to enjoy the scenario with minimum latency.

If you are playing with bCombat or ASRAI3 (is that the name?) you'll probably have an even better time! I designed the scenarios to work when mods alter AI behavior, and having the AAF actually smart enough to communicate and hunt the players down should make the experience much closer to my intention.

If you are playing with ACE3, good luck. There's little access to medical resources. That being said, I don't forsee it creating any undue issues, just undue difficulty.

I recommend using ArmA Enhanced Movement; climbing over walls and onto roofs gives you a huge advantage on the AI and makes reaching certain objectives easier.

@Liberty

How far were you able to make it? Past the first attack on the garrison, and to the meeting?

yes
