Description
This is either NO PUZZLE!
Another way of doing a flip-flop circuit is shown here.
You just need two laser-catcher combos with an angled plate. Cross-connect the catchers with the angled plates and there you go. Also connect the catchers to the objects which need to be driven by that circuit. The design is more easy than the other flip-flop circuit. However the downside is you can't change the frequency with this one.

this is a astable Flip-Flop not a bistable.

Bistable: change only if manuel set/rest
monostable: only the reset is atomatic
astable: change always (clock)

Well I already presented this kind of timer in my "Advanced Timers" map, but this one is smaller and maybe easiest to understand, will add it to the collection ;)
