Star Trek - Enterprise NX - 01 (Vanilla)

Description
This is my Vanilla Build of The Star Trek Enterprise NX - 01, Capt'n Archers Ship.

I update it from time to time, so make sure you check it out and delete the old and paste the new one into your World.

This Ship is fully Survival Ready, feel free to build it on your Singleplayer or Dedicated Server.

It is recommended as Community or Server Project.

Test it, fly it and live me a Star or/and Comment.

I am not living in the US. So THIS Ship is MY Creation from MY Hands. The Original smooth developed one belongs to the Right laws of Star Trek whoever Owns it, but THIS is a Ship that looks LIKE the NX-01 as a recreate with the possibilities of the Game. So, if someone want to use it in his Videos, so please credit MY Work, cause I have spend Days in it. Thanks. and now Stop the nonsense a do as I said so.

Under US copyright law, a replica of a fictional design like a spaceship could be considered a “derivative work,” meaning it is protected by the same copyright that protects 'Star Trek

If you try to claim this based off the nx design you can get in a heap legal trouble saying it's yours it's not. It was inspire by the nx design and was made from it in se. Everything else aside from those that think they know it all and never spent a day in law school this is still a cool ship.

Yes he made it in game however he don't own the design so therefore this could be posted from all steam accounts now stop trying to make the point with me. Or do you want more proof on this.

Fair use yes. But he does not own right to the nx hull design as it is trade marked and copied righted by paramount anyone can build this use it or make it there self so there for the base line hull and nx reg id are righted to and only paramount dont matter who built it in this game its still copy righted.

@Blue is cool to built it but no one and claim legal right to it unless its a brand new ship that is not in the Star Trek world by paramount all right are copied righted and trade marked you all need to look that shit up I have.

@SILVER If he built it all by himself in space engineers, he own the full rights to this ship. It is not paramount's property, even if it is a "ship they own" he built this in a game. It is fair use.

@SILVER Then other Star Trek ships has to be deleted from the workshop.
