Introduction
This is a build dedicated to the new John Wick DLC, and utilizing the new contractor pistols to their best abillity. You can manage to obtain 100 accuracy and nearly 100 stabillity with these pistols with the right skill set making you a lethaly accurate assassin as John Wick would be. Now enough chatter, let's get right into this.
DLCs to buy
Required DLCs
These are the DLCs you'll need to buy for this guide to work properly.

John Wick Weapon Pack
It's a John Wick Build, what did you expect?

Clover Character Pack
This is needed for the stealthy perk deck, and if you don't already have it you should 110% pick it up, as it's the ONLY stealthy perk deck.

Reccommended DLCs
These are the DLCs you won't need, but will make the build that much better

Gage Ninja Pack
This is only needed for the melee, so it isn't required as it's easily replaced, but it does fit very nicely in this build.
Weapons
Primary/Secondary
As stated in the introduction, we'll be using the new contractor pistols. Both Akimbo, and Regular.
The way we'll be modding these weapons will be identical, so no need to show both.
For the barrel ext, we're going to go with the size doesn't matter suppresor as it will reduce concealment to the maximum potential.
For the gadget, we'll be going with a miro laser. Can never go wrong with a laser sight that doesn't affect stats.
Don't bother with the magazine, as all it does is gives you a few more bullets at the cost of valuable concealment.
For the sight we'll be using the tritium sights as it doesn't negatively affect the weapon at all, in fact it improves it's accuracy. So why not? Plus it does look pretty badass.

Melee
To be a true silent assassin, we'll need to show off our mastery of hand to hand combat. What better way to do that than with the empty palm kata?
And if you don't feel like buying the Gage Ninja Pack, that's fine, just go with your fists, that'll get the same job done but not nearly as bad-ass-ly.

Throwable
Our throwable should be a given, as it's the one that comes with the John Wick Pack.
The throwing knife. Not only does it look amazing, but it works well too.
Equipment
Armor
Armor? Are you silly? This is a stealth build! No need for that, the suit will do just fine.

Deployables
We're going to be bringing not one, but two deployables. Not sure how to do that? We'll get to that when we cover skills. For now, just know that we're bringing an ECMs and Body Bags.
Skills
What we'll be building
Our goal here is of course to make a stealth build, but also make it a little more John Wick themed by adding in some pistol skills. So let's get right into it shall we?

Mastermind
In mastermind all we'll be picking up is some extra cable ties, and a little extra stability. Not much to say here.

Enforcer
Even less to say here. All we need is transporter to throw bags a bit further. Of course resilience is only to get to transporter.

Technician
For technician we'll be picking up numerous things. Let's start with engineer. Now obviously you're not going to be bringing sentry guns to a steath heist, but the aced version of jack of all trades allows us to bring not one, but two deployables. And now you know how we managed to get ECMs AND body bags. In breacher, we'll just be acing all the drill skills, because ♥♥♥♥ that broke ♥♥♥♥ piece of ♥♥♥♥ drill. And all that's left to cover is some more stabillity and accuracy from steady grip.

Ghost
In ghost just ace everything in shinobi to start. That's basically everything you'll ever need to successfully stealth all summed up into one tree. From camera looping to lockpicking safes, to using ECMs to open doors and block pagers, there's not too much else to ask for. In the middle we'll be picking up the basic skill to unlcok the tier two skills including aced parkour for some faster and more effective mobility and inner pockets for some more concealment. Lastly, but certainly not leastly, we'll be pulling the same move that we did in artful dodger, being only getting the tier one skill to get the tier twos. Only this time, we'll be acing both of em' to make our suppresors even more hidden than they already are, and to make our pistols that much more accurate.

Fugitive
Almost done, now we're in fugitive. All we're going to be picking up here is some pistol skills to make our pistols as good as they can get as far as accuracy and stability goes. Not much else to say here.

Perk Deck
For the perk deck we'll be using the only useful perk deck in stealth, that of course being the one that allows you to pick locks faster and answer pagers faster. Don't know what I'm talking about? I'll give you a hint: It's Burglar. Still don't know what it is? Please explain to me how you even manage to breathe oxygen properly.
Closer
If you liked this guide, be sure to check out some of my other ones. So far this is my second build guide, second only to the One Down Robinhood Dodge build you might be familliar with as it was viewable to shift+tab to some people recently, and still might be. Anywho, if you'd like to check that one out click here.
