This is a re-upload of the mod Better Lithuania, since the creator of that mod has stopped updating a while ago and I kinda wanted to keep using it in my games. Feel free to use it as well.

-Lithuania focus tree
-No new states
-Modify the files of only one state which is Wilno, a poland state to add a core claim from Lithuania
