Description
Sanka Mk.B is the standard fighter of Rostock Iron Works from The Sky Crawlers series. It resembles the Kyushu J7W Shinden. Assigned only to seasoned fighters, it is the ultimate fighter of the SANKA series.

It has medium-low block count, making it friendly to many PC. I discovered some neat trick from the Chinese Besiege builders: You don't need too many propeller for the wings, and less propeller means faster roll rate. This plane only have two pair of propeller (not counting the control surface) so it has exceptional maneuverability, as good as, if not better, my last Japanese plane.

Be extra careful when taking off, gently tap the pitch up or the rotor will hit the ground.

Default One-Hand Controls --
  • Pitch: T/G
  • Roll: F/H
  • Yaw:R/Y
  • Accelerate/Decelerate: Z/X
  • Retract/Extend Landing Gear: Right Alt/.
  • Fire cannons: Num 1/Num 3

Alternative Arcade Controls --
  • Pitch: Up/Down
  • Roll: Left/Right
  • Yaw:A/D (Must use camera modes)
  • Accelerate/Decelerate: W/S (Must use camera modes)
  • Retract/Extend Landing Gear: Right Alt/.
  • Fire cannons: Num 1/Num 3

Camera modes --
  • Third Person Camera Mode: 1
  • First Person Mode: 2

Many thanks to CCCanyon with his asian sorcery which helps me fixing the rolling problem.
Block count: 255

one i changed Z and X controls... it was pretty fun! xD Yeah, that engine is unprotected, but hmmm was funny try to dont broke it. When turn off the engine it glides pretty well, a good speed and altitude loss suficient to land properly. Maybe it pitch so much? its so sensitive ^^
Great plane

Great job as always! The boarding staircase was a nice touch. I found that the key to taking off is to build up a lot of speed first before pulling up, so it goes up quickly, before the rotors can hit. With practice, I managed to take off and land without losing any pieces in the barren expanse.
