Description
This ship replaces the Zeppelin ship with the Breddel.
This ship is based of the Submarine called Drebbel.

The Dutch-man Cornelis Drebbel built the first navigable submarine in 1620 while working for the English Royal Navy. He manufactured a steerable submarine with a leather-covered wooden frame. Between 1620 and 1624 Drebbel successfully built and tested two more submarines, each one bigger than the last. The final (third) model had 6 oars and could carry 16 passengers. This model was demonstrated to King James I in person and several thousand Londoners. The submarine stayed submerged for three hours and could travel from Westminster to Greenwich and back, cruising at a depth between 4 to 5 metres.

WARNING: This ship is not done and has some small problems since the game does not have a system to make this ship function properly. It was said by the developer that a submarine script would be implemented but this still hasn't happened.

If you want to keep your normal windward username (for multiplayer aswell) instead an username only for mods or keep the Zeppelin instead of replacing it, you can add the Breddel as a new ship.
Just follow the steps below:

1.Copy the "Zeppelin.bytes" file In Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content. Then make a new folder in "My Documents/Windward" folder and call it Ships, put the "Zeppelin.bytes" in there, rename it to Breddel.bytes and put a txt file in the Ships folder as well with the text from here http://textuploader.com/d5grk (copy it) and name it Breddel.txt .


2. After that you start the game, unable mod Breddel (if you don't have any mods selected it will still work in vanilla), open your server, typ: /upload Ships/Breddel.bytes and then typ /set Ships/Breddel.txt.
If you followed these steps it would keep both ships in-game. I couldn't make a mod that just does this straight away. Please send me a comment with any questions or if you have a server with the ship installed because I like playing online.

Cargo, health, speed and damage kinda stuff can be changed in the configs. Firing arc has to be done in unity.

I see where the cargo can be edited, so nevermind about that, but I'd still like to possibly tinker with gun decks, firing arcs, etc.

Thunder-Invader, is there a way to edit the ship's stats? Say for example I want to edit the ship's firing arcs so that instead of bow cannons, I want chase cannons. Or say I want to create a "cargo version" of a ship, with a much larger hold. Do you know if that is possible?

I think adding new-features via mods is unlikely - there is nothing in the game to gather wood from trees, so even if a new "ship" in the style of a "villager" was made, it wouldn't do anything to the trees anyway.

You can make mod of a item of villager for picking wood from the trees? and others means please?

Those bugs aren't able to be fixed since there is no script to do so.

Great new vessel type :) Hope you can work out the kinks.

It is also on the three server realms I'm hosting for anyone to play with.
