If you have textures problems,turn down Shader Wuality to Medium to work.

if you want mercy to not be pruple set the shader in advanced video options to medium

It's OK to ask question,this problem happens inexplicably,and my suggestion is go to your option,and change your Video quality,you may need to try many times.
