The mod is working to date it will take several seconds to apply maybe several minutes I assume it has to do with how many mods you have installed.

Another creator edited the same source code that I used to be able to change the amount in mod settings.

Works fine, just needs a day in-game to pass, so you won't see it when you start the game paused.

@Can'tStopTheSalt That makes sense thanks for letting me know! the time that passes isn't part of the mod as all the mod dose is change the value of the starting money. It's just the way the game decides to load the mod, glad you figured it out.

I've figured out the mod conflict for anyone else who might have issues with this genre of mods. Basically the money gets added after a certain amount of in game time has passed (not IRL time). The issue is when you use mods like "real time" that affect that passage of time. It means the time needed to be passed is so long, the cash mods might as well not work.

Disabling these mods for the start of the your city and letting the game run for a few seconds on max speed will have these mods work flawlessly.

I have no idea why it doesn't work for some people sorry. Effecting such a small amount of people I can only assume it might be a mod conflict. Other than that I have no idea!

Sat and let the game run after making a new map for 10 minutes. Still nothing.

Yet another cash mod that does absolutely fuck all.

Wow, this is perfect. It allows to plan better and fix mistakes without having to worry too much. I tend to spend way to much on roads and fixing them up as I go.
