i have to say though i have moved from a western country to a 3d world country and don't have acces to my modding setup anymore so i can't make any promise that i'll be able to update anything soon
UPDATE: I found solutions! The way to remove the visual effect is to use the console command in 3rd-person mode and type in "player.DispelAllSpells". It persists across save/load cycles. To fix the stuck sound glitch, move up to High Hrothgar and stand around in the place the monks shout you down repeatedly.
Got a few spells and weapons from her.. dun care about the weapons cos I play 90% wizard 10% thief build, but the spells are pretty awesome.
About 10 levels later I encountered hircine. expert difficulty and I was able to kill him, after getting instakilled a few times. what he dropped was practically nothing for a wizard..
thanks to my heavy modding on spells and scaling, I can actually take them on quite early. I can imagine someone in vanilla trying to kill those bosses before level 60 or so, it's gonna be pretty much impossible :D
i'm sorry to dissapoint you :(
