Freezing Vibration Frostbite Spell

Description
This mod changes the sound effect for the Frostbite spell to the opening for the Freezing Vibration Anime.

The spell tome can be found within Dragonsreach in Whiterun, In Farengars office, in the room to the left on the table.

I'm new to modding so please let me know if I have made any mistakes or if you have any ideas for new mods!

The music never triggers for me , not even original ones

Maybe there is a typo in the propeties of the ESP?

Yep the name of the spell is freezing frostbite, but I only listen like a normal frostbite
