Description
Version 2

This mod adds the following buildings:

Civilian Factory (+10 happiness, upkeep = 5E, 5M)
Univeristy ( +5 Phy, +5 Soc, +5 Eng, upkeep = 5E, 5M) - planet unique
Army Base (-10% Army Cost, +50% Planet Fortification, upkeep = 5E, 5M) - planet unique
Civil Service (+1 Influence, upkeep = 5E, 5M) - planet unique
Supply Depot (+20% Planet Border, upkeep = 5E, 5M) -planet unique

All of these buildings are available at the start of the game.

is the "00_buildings.txt" file overwriten by this mod?

What are the additional parameters of these buildings? Are any of them Capital Only? Planet Unique? Empire Unique? Do they require researchable Techs or can they be built from the start?
