Description
This mod adds several new items and edits a few existing ones, as well as changing what Monst3r offers for sale.
I intend that this mod be used with the Contingency Plan DLC, but I added conditionals that may allow it to run with the vanilla game. Whenever possible, new/copied code was created for each new item.

There may be compatibility issues with other item mods that edit the DLC items and code functions I needed to edit.

New Items:
Ventricular Lance II - IV
* Gives the agent more attacks in one turn. Higher tiers increase the Armor Pierce. Requires the Strength skill.
Piercing Biogenic DART
* As a new item, this DART pierces 1 Armor.
Portable Router
* Deploys like the Portable Server. Reduces one random firewall per turn, but won't break them.
Cloaking Bubble
* Cloaks nearby agents for 4 turns, but the cloak breaks for any that move. Requires Speed 4 and Anarchy 4.
Hunter Chip
* Agent can kill Daemons in adjacent mainframe devices.
Velocity Chip
* Use at a console to get both PWR and AP for the agent.
Econ Chip II
* An improved and more expensive Econ Chip.
Concussive EMP Pack
* Knocks out both mainframe devices and living guards.
Augment - Combat Boost
* All attacks give the agent 3 AP.

Edited Items:

Ventricular Lance I
* Refreshes agent's attack. Requires Strength 2.
Biogenic DART
* Removed Armor Pierce. See Piercing Biogenic DART.
Prototype Chip
* Increased the maximum storage power.
Augment - Distributed Processing
* +1 PWR every 2 turns rather than random.
Neural Disruptor IV
* Remove the charge, -1 Armor Pierce
Volt Disruptor IV
* Remove the charge, -1 Armor Pierce
Thermal Disruptor III-IV
* Remove the charge, rebalanced with the other Disruptors (more Disruptor balance changes to come)

Monst3r Sales:
* May offer an Econ Chip on the first day, and better items as days progress.
* No longer offers Lock Decoders, Camera Canisters, or any single-use grenades.

Installation:
After subscribing, launch the game, go to OPTIONS -> GAMEPLAY and click REFRESH MODS. After process is done, restart the game.

Unfortunately it bugs out with nika's augment with wodzu's new items and augments (doesn't reset the cost each turn).

Thermal Disruptor IV has only disadvantages over III? Only differences I found are: more expensive, Requires Strength 2 (vs. no required skill on III), and starting undercharge w/1 (vs. 2 on III). Remainder stats look the same: 5 turns cooldown, 3 tiles range noise emission, 4 Armor Piercing, 1 PWR per point of armor, and 3 turns KO. There's no advantage to use IV over III whatsoever! Thermal Disruptor II consumes 3 PWR per point of armor. Maybe you meant to have TD III to consume 2 PWR - rather than 1 - per point or armor? Otherwise, TD IV has to have some advantage over TD III - maybe : lower cooldown / higher AP / higher KO...

For anyone still having issues with this mod, you need to uninstall it manually (go to the local folder of your install) and delete it, then unsubscribe and launch. Queue a mod refresh once it loads it, re-subscribe and play.

I like your new items so I'll be subscribing, here's hoping it won't collide with New Items and Augments.
Also, the chance that Monst3r sells an Econ Chip on the first day? That's brilliant.

It seems you guys use New Items and Augments. Fear not, as I have fixed the game from crashing on my end. We do intend for the two mods to be compatible. Let me know if anything else goes awry.

Thanks, it's cool, we should have encountered this ages ago.
It's part of what NubNub changed, beyond me to be honest. He's busy atm, so he'll look at it tomorrow.
I don't know if anything changed since we released the rewrite, it's been a while, lol.
