For problems out of size, the scale of the building was reduced and possesses only just 2 floors (the truth has 3 of it!)

I really appreciate you making this so that no extra mod are needed! Seems to be rarer and rarer on the workshop :P

But looks great! Btw, for the LOD texture I know a technique for 3DS max to create your own LOD textures, if that's the program you use
