East Timor League System

Contains Liga Amadora and Liga Pre. Rest of teams are grouped in a third and fourth league which is not playable though and has no connection to the other leagues. This is no fiction league file or anything of that kind; I tried to represent East Timor as close to reality as possible and spent a lot of time researching. Also involves changes in regards of languages and cities of Timor as well as player editing. I removed all the brazilian players from the East Timor squad that had no connection whatsoever to that country and added a few new players and changed player positions. If team and competition logos are necessary, I can provide those too.
