Well, it's just a very basic platform "one size fit all" to make a space repair station that has the minimal assets, yet, that looks good because it uses a lot of decoration blocks. You get... A healing station, an ATM and an oxygen station and can fill the tanks with the P key.
You can place these in PVE asteroid fields or anywhere that draws a blue "spawn cube".
There should be enough space to add a fridge and more storage by breaking a window and adding stuff... You can aso destroy whatever you don't need and minimalize it to a straight repair station.. but air is always useful :P
