Terashi Industries Scimitar Heavy Atmospheric Fighter

"Terashi Industries addition to the civillian combat vehicle market, the Scimitar was designed for use by fringe colonies or other sectors not routinely patrolled by the Rulonian Republic military forces. Able to get off the ground quickly, it does not require a runway thanks to its 4 heavy downwards thusters which can be disabled once the vehicle reaches 60 km/h to save power. Has a powerful armament of 5 Heavy Azimuth gatling guns, and 4 rocket pods, allowing it to chew through pirate vessels with ease. It's cockpit is spacious with LCD readouts of important information such as damage, speed and acceleration, location, and ammution supply. It is fully piped to allow resupplying from any station within the Republic. It's armor is realatively thick, allowing it to take a beating most fighters cannot. However the cost of all this armor is agility and acceleration, being relatively sluggish when manuvering. If it pulls a hard enough turn, it can stall completely and lose altitude. As a consequence, Terashi Industries advises all pilots of the Scimitar to disable vertical thrusters while traveling, and re-enabling them in combat to prevent stalling."- Terashi Ind. My first actual ship I made completely from scratch in SE, I think it's fairly good for a first try. Not certain if the conveyor system is completely functional.
