Description
If you do not want the Sobeys trucks and signs, don't download the prop pack that is attached.

The final design for this Centre was based on the Anixter Inc. Distribution Centre in Alsip, Illinois. Sobeys Distribution Centres operate in Vaughan ONT, and Terrebonne QC. Food Distribution Centres like these are the last stop for your food before they are delivered to the retail store where you buy your groceries. These sites are essential to growing cities and therefore made sense to make this a Unique Building. Any growing city would need to have one in order to service the many grocery stores in your city. This building also includes an office and parking for your CIM employees.

I place mine at the edge of my farming industry where it meets commercial and residential zones. We have included two Sobeys truck props connected to this building asset. You can download the corresponding farming industry vehicle assets in the links below.

@Southern Pacific 9098... many thanks... when we first collaborated on what the structure would look like we we went through several design options and updates. I am very happy with what we settled on and glad you and the rest of the community can enjoy it.
