具体方法
打开Steam游戏安装目录
定位到Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop目录
找到这个mod的封面图片，看文件名称找同名后缀VPK文件
把这个vpk文件移动到上一层 addons目录
完成
