Blue Mining Inc was commissioned to modify an existing Russian design of a multi purpose space/atmosphere scout ship known as the manta. The goal was to allow the manta to have a more versatile Star Citizen Style Boarding ramp to allow passenger access from the deck or ground to the interior of the ship.

A later design also sees the ship with additional weapons. However this design is not available as it was found to be too popular with pirates...
