Changes the stats of the hunting rifle so it is like the Stock Sniper from TF2:
Damage: 150
Clip size: 25
Fire rate: 1.5 s/ 40 RPM
No reserve ammo (can collect from ammo piles)

kinda wish there were similar scripts for the other 2 rifles, cause while it does make the weapons shit, id much rather have everything equally shit
