Everyone Patch 747 has disabled the expansion of foundations on rafts.
You must enable a server setting called "Allow Platform Saddle Multi Floors" which will then revert it back to a normal state.

A raft mod that is not advised to be used on any public server due to the massive stress. It may cause server crashes if multiple super large rafts are used simultaneously, use at your OWN RISK.

This is my first mod i've ever created if you have any issues I may or may not be able to support you with the matter.

How to bypass the vanilla restrictions on the raft:
Use thatch roofs to extend beyond the limits and add a foundation under it, then remove the thatch roofs to reveal the regular foundation. To lower the initial roof the pillar/foundation trick is needed. Place a wooden pillar over/around the sail and then hide the sail, then add a wooden or foundation type of your choosing and destroy the pillar and add another on the foundaiton you just placed, repeat to get lower.

What this mod changes:
Increases all raft building limits by an extraordinary amount.
