Caesar Cipher

Description
Communication was dangerous back in the days. Can you figure out what the original message was?

Decipher the characters on the display with the help of Caesar's tactics. The offset is decided by multiple variables. Count the batteries, read the serial and check the labels to calculate the offset.

@Masterfoalan This one has a bug fixed, slightly improved visuals, and the original one will disappear any time soon.
