Description
Everyone needs a sidekick, even apartment buildings. Of course, some sidekicks can prove to be interesting on their own, just like some apartment buildings. The Robin's Nest is an apartment home for low-income cims who prefer the city life over life in the suburbs.

You'll probably notice that this a massive workshop item; in it, you'll find five files for both levels (that's 10 lots all together) that allow you to use this structure as a sort of "mid-density" option for some areas along with having some small buildings for high-density zones. Given the nature of the game's zone system, I couldn't just have these buildings be small lots to create that "cramped brownstone" like you'd see in real cities, so there's going to be gaps between your apartments when you use these buildings.

Hey @Althazar do you think you could create a Flynn's Arcade from Tron?

@RudytheDominator The 1x2 buildings will be able to get close to one another to look like they're wall-to-wall, but ultimately these buildings aren't true wall-to-wall buildings. Since they were built similar to the buildings of SimCity 2013, they have space between them even on the smallest lots to resemble driveways for cars.

The reason why I built the buildings this way so that when an area levels up, there would be a reasonable footprint for the higher-level buildings.

I'm confused, can these buildings have no gaps between them?
