No Stacks or Wear Restrictions - Enchantments

Removes all of the wear restrictions for enchantments on clothing and armor. In return, it also makes the same effect on mutliple pieces of armor not stack.

DESCRIPTION
This mod does two things:

1. Removes all of the wear restrictions on armor/clothing enchantments.
You can now have any armor enchantment on any piece of clothing, ie boots of waterbreathing.

2. Makes it so the same effect on multiple pieces of armor will not stack.
If you have the same ehantment on two pieces of armor only the highest value will be used.
eg. If you wear a +10 smithing ring and a +15 smithing necklace, your smithing skill will be +15.
Therefore there is no point in having the same enchanment on multiple armor pieces.

NOTES
This mod was made to be used with Enchanter's Primer which allows for an unlimited number of enchantments on the same item. This means therefore, using these two mods you can place all of your enchaments on a single item of armor/clothing.
