A lack of abundant fuel led to Saborian engineers looking for other sources of light to power their lighthouses.

The Hope Sprout was their answer and this light house was one of many which utilized wind powered machinery to water and nutrify the plant to grow to massize size. Now, even as the machines have stopped working, the plant continues to grow and has taken over the tower.
