Not historically accurate
The Modified M1A1 is based off of the "Trench 1938 Drum" from Mafia III, which I assume was modified for drum magazines.
The Blishlok is based off the SMG from Dirty Bomb.
The Laser RCW is based off of the weapon in Fallout: New Vegas.
