Beast Race Speed on Land and Water

According to lore, Khajiit and Argonian should move faster on land. Also, Argonian swims faster than any other race. This mod is an attempt to follow the lore of these races.

Default Speed =100
Khajitt Land Speed = 1.25
Argonian Land Speed = 1.20
Argonian Water = 0 (It has a bug, Sorry, Still working that part)
Wood Elf Land Speed = 1.05 (My other Mod, not part of this one, but stated to keep both balanace with each other)
It should works as a Vampire, also

Side Notes:

This mod is for beast races only, I have made another mod for the "Wood Elf Speed on Land" request from the players. Also, I have another mod called "The Power of the Black Claw" to increased the claw damage done by the beast races.
