Adds an outlaw themed outfit to the game.

Location
========
The armor is craftable only.
The light armor version requires glass smithing and is comparable to glass armor.

Details
=======
Was running around in Rand0mNumbers' western hat and hothtrooper44's vagabond armor,
and thought this is a great basis for an outlaw/desperado/hired gun styled character.

If you want to use the console to get the armor, just type "help desperado 0" into the console without the "".
