Description
Remember that 5Y 9 line solution from the original smart meter in the campaign. It won't work here. IDs can be from -999 to 999 inclusive, as for the data following the length field.

The main design of this was to keep out those that simply assumed all the words following the length would conform exclusively to what would fit in a simple port, rather than what would fit into an XBUS port. :)

But my good ol' 10/X/20 works just fine at 411 power used. :)
