[UESC 32] EV-11 Base

Description
This is a submission for UESC Monthly Build Competition 32 : Evil Overlord Base

I started work on this base on 01/11/16, unfortunatley I later got distracted and had to rush to finish this towards the end. Apologies for a lot of unpainted structures.

The EV-11 Base contains:
- Klang Memorial
- Hangar Bay
- Large Ship Landing Pad
- Crew Quarters
- Medical Bay
- Engineering
- Control Tower
- Weapon X
